Proper preparation helps your body respond beautifully to the treatment.
Boost your Water Intake: It’s vital to drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment. A great guideline is to drink half your body weight in ounces each day.
Example: If you weigh 150 lbs, aim for 75 ounces of water daily.
The Caffeine Rule: If you consume caffeinated drinks (like coffee, soda, or energy drinks), you should add an equivalent amount of water to your daily intake to counteract the dehydrating effect.
Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before your scheduled colonic appointment.
Keep it light 12 hours prior. Opt for lighter, easily digestible meals the evening before and morning of your session.
It’s important to relax and clear your schedule post-treatment. Give your body the time it needs to adjust and respond optimally to the therapy you deserve the downtime!
